My slice of heaven
My building is great. No noise. No mice, no roaches and anything breaks or happens landlord shows up next day to fix. Tenants are quiet and not troublemakers. Parking is always found. I live on a first floor to the back and groceries or furniture is a breeze to bring in. no steps to climb. I have a 10 restaurants within my block. Also 2 gasoline stations. Mini mart and liquor store right across the street. Body shop right next door. I love it its great and a wonderful neighborhood the cops patrol all day on foot and in their patrol cars . I feel safe knowing I am protected at all hours.The landlord never bothers you about garbage or rent. He texts the day he will come to collect rent and you mark your calendar. Anyone would love it here and my rent is $1,385.00...
