Property Id: 1388911 2 bed, 1 bath full basement for rent at the Islands in Nampa. We do reside upstairs. However, your unit will be completely closed off from the main house. You will have your own entrance, new cozy kitchen equipped with new cabinets, overhead, sink, and like new refrigerator, freezer, and stove/oven, and microwave. There is a laundry room already set with washer and dryer. The bathroom is off of the large bonus room/ living area, lots of cupboard space, and newer stand in shower with glass doors. The living area is already furnished with a couch, and recliner chair. To the right as you leave the living area is a smaller bedroom. Down the hall is the large bedroom. Each room is equipped with walk-in closets, and light dimmers. One bedroom already furnished with bed, night stand. There are egress windows in every room. There's also a very large pantry. Off street parking, large fenced in yard, and free Wi-Fi. Greenbelt and park behind our house.
