The cardio zone is well-appointed with multiple treadmills, elliptical machines, and a stationary bike, catering to various aerobic training preferences. A large wall-mounted mirror along one side of the room amplifies the sense of space and allows users to monitor their form during workouts. The strength training area includes a multi-station cable machine and a full rack of dumbbells, accommodating a variety of resistance exercises.
