Great backyard that is perfect for grilling, lounging, and for any size dog. Fully furnished and ready for move in (can also be removed). The historic row home was remodeled in 2019/2020 with all new kitchen appliances and washer/dryer-- all full size. High ceilings with decorative molding makes the house feel bright and airy. Walls are two layers of brick, and floors are not connected so you can't hear the neighbors at all. There is also a crawl space not included in the square footage that you can store all the Colorado gear. Smart house with central HVAC on Nest system and keyless entry including camera. Flexible lease terms available but 6 months + requested. Dogs and cats are also welcome but with an additional security deposit depending on breed. Non-smoking unit.
