Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located in the lively East Chattanooga neighborhood, this apartment is surrounded by a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. The area blends historic charm with modern development, offering a variety of dining options, cafes, and shops. Just a short drive from downtown, residents have easy access to cultural attractions like museums, parks, and the Tennessee Riverfront. With convenient access to major highways, this vibrant neighborhood offers both urban convenience and local character, making it an ideal spot for those seeking a dynamic community. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. The apartment offers a remote work-friendly environment with contact-free check-in via a digital door code, ensuring maximum privacy. A laptop computer is not included. [SI]
