This apartment is situated in the heart of Marigny, a neighborhood renowned for its colorful homes, bohemian atmosphere, and proximity to the French Quarter. Just steps away, guests can indulge in local culinary delights, explore artisanal shops, or enjoy live jazz music. The Marigny is also home to Frenchmen Street, where the sounds of New Orleans jazz, blues, and funk come to life each night. The famous streetcars are just a block and a half away, providing direct access to tourist hotspots. The area is rich in cultural festivals, art markets, and historic sites. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or for a lost key fob. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a late fee of $75 per hour. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
