Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. One towel per guest per stay is provided. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a late fee of $75 per hour. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
