The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials and a coffee bar to jumpstart your mornings. Guests have full access to the entire house, including both bedrooms, the bathroom, the living room, and the fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar. The laundry closet is also available for guest use. Enjoy the private backyard, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The attic and the renter’s closet are not accessible to guests. Maximum occupancy is 5 people and any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registered guests are allowed at the house and any visitors must be disclosed and approved. Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property and maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. If there's any accidental damage, it will be assessed internally to decide on any deductions or repair costs. Do not move any furniture during your stay. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. In case of a tropical storm or hurricane evacuation, a full refund or credit for lost days will be provided.
