This modern, architect-designed home in the heart of Adams Morgan is just what you've been waiting for! 2 bedrooms + a den which makes a great nursery or office. 1.5 bathrooms: the full bath features double sinks and double shower heads. Lots of exposed brick and storage. Two over-stair skylights flood the space with light. The kitchen is large for city standards with significant pantry space, GE appliances, gas cooking, fridge with icemaker and filtered water, quartz counters and IKEA cabinets of red melamine and stainless steel. Rental includes a small front yard and porch and a larger back yard and porch with parking for 1-2 cars depending on size and configuration. This rental does not include the basement. Owner pays for water and FIOS internet. Resident pays for electric, gas (cooking only) and any other services desired. Trash and recycling pickup is provided by the city. The home is located in the heart of the vibrant Adams Morgan Neighborhood with its many shops, restaurants, parks, grocery stores, two metro lines and schools all within walking distance. The yearly Adams Morgan Day Festival and Porchfest Music Festival, which is held twice a year, are just a few of the many community events held in this neighborhood.

It's also central to other neighborhoods with the same (14th St, U St., Dupont Circle, Columbia Heights). There is a Harris Teeter grocery store one block away.
