About This Property
2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in a beautiful Marmalade 4 plex. Spacious common yard area in back. Tenants pay Electric and $75 utility in addition to rent monthly to cover gas, water, sewer and trash. There is a $50 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older. A $20 Monthly Preventative Maintenance fee will be due in addition to rent. A refundable security deposit will be due within 24 hours of approval and is equal to one month's rent. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors. A one-time non-refundable administrative fee of $150.00. Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 7 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 7 days of the expected availability date. Pets accepted on a case by case basis with approval and payment of applicable fees. $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, and $25 monthly pet inspection fee. Breed restrictions apply.
