Property Ratings at 23 Harvard St
The owner and management for this building is non existent you will have nothing but problems here . The floors are so weak you can hear a Lego drop the ceilings are cracking easily from above pressure! Not to mention they put the loudest people at the top of the building which makes no room for a good sleep there non stop banging and running all day the owner does not respond to text nor complaints!!!
