Located in a quiet subdivision on the near West Side of Madison, this house is 2.5 miles to UW Hospital, the VA, and the Children's Hospital, 3.8 miles to the UW School of Business, 1 mile to Hilldale Shopping Center that has shopping, food, and a movie theatre, and 5 miles to the Capitol. Smoking is prohibited, and any smoking will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund for the entire stay. The charge to remediate smoking is the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. Excessive noise violations after the first complaint will result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund. If pets are on the premises without advance written permission, the charge will be the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. If there is damage to the apartment and we are not notified, it can result in cancellation of the reservation. Missing or destroyed fixtures or personal property will result in the actual replacement cost plus a restocking fee of $50. Please keep the apartment, furniture, dishes, linens, and towels reasonably clean during your stay. Dirty towels and linens can be washed in the washer and dryer. Kitchen supplies should not be ruined or full of old food when you check out. Please only use the black towels for makeup removal.
