It is a pet friendly building - cats or small dogs only - but in the sense that it is based on each individual evaluation for housebroken pets but only with the written permission/approval of management, for quiet, trained and housebroken cats or dogs (less than 15 lbs.) as defined in the "Pet Addendum". Certain breeds may not be accepted. A pet deposit of $500.00 will be required. A small monthly fee per pet will be needed ($25.00/month minimum). Management pays for PARTIAL PORTION of utilities which would include Electricity, Gas, Water, and Trash pick-up. Tenant pays for all other services based on individual needs. Single tenancy rent is $1899.00/month and double tenancy is $1950.00.00 per month. One month's rent is required as a holding deposit if interested which becomes the security deposit at Lease signing. Security deposit will equal a minimum one month's rent when actually rented depending on credit and occupancy. A minimum credit score of 700 is required.
