This modern, open-concept home blends comfort and functionality with high-quality finishes. This townhome features a spacious living area with modern furnishings, an in-unit washer and dryer with starter detergent provided, and a private balcony or patio. For entertainment, there is a 55” 4K Smart TV in the living room with access to popular streaming platforms (guests may log in with their own accounts). The living area can double as an extra private bedroom, complete with privacy blackout curtains. Enjoy memory foam mattresses and premium linens, along with spa-style bathrooms featuring high-pressure showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and chef meals, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station with coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer, pots, pans, utensils, a knife set, a cutting board, a starter set of plates, bowls, and cups, a blender, a toaster, trash bags, dishwasher, and laundry pods. Cooking oil, condiments, spices beyond salt and pepper, foil, plastic wrap, food storage containers, bottled water, coffee filters, or specialty cookware are not provided. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the spots labeled 229 in front of the townhouse, with guidance for mid-size SUVs or smaller in the garage. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee: 1 hour for $59 or 2 hours for $89. For extended stays, a mid-stay cleaning reset is available for $200, which includes a refresh cleaning, trash removal, and fresh linens. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a fee of $19 per night for one pet (capped at $200 per stay) or $29 per night for two pets (capped at $300 per stay). Smart smoke detectors are installed, and smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise monitoring devices are installed inside the home that do not record audio; noise over 90 dB sustained for 5+ minutes will trigger a violation, which typically occurs with loud music, parties, shouting, or screaming. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted; unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. Tampering with smoke detectors, noise monitors, Wi-Fi equipment, or security devices is prohibited and may result in fines and immediate removal. Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation. The primary guest must be 21 years old or older; guests ages 18–20 may book a reservation with a one-time fee. All guests 18 and older must complete ID verification prior to check-in, including a government-issued ID, selfie verification, and signing a rental agreement and house rules; failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
