Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, a smart TV with streaming apps, complimentary coffee, and access to building amenities including a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter, and temporarily unavailable), sundeck, fitness center, grilling area, and bike storage. While designs are based on photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. This apartment welcomes a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs (no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds allowed), with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent. Smoking and parties are prohibited. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
