Advertised by the current tenant due to unexpected change of job and moving out. Quiet area in South Salt lake. Very nice classic apartment with carpet throughout. Easy access to freeway, bus and rail. Bus line 21 goes directly to the U of Utah, around 30-40 minute from the apartment to the campus. Also easy access to airport via rail. Great location near grocery stores (Winco) and a few minutes by car from large retail (Costco, Bestbuy, Home depot, etc). Several fast foods in walking distance including Cane's and Mexican, and China food, and coffeeshops (Bjorn's and Starbucks). Swimming pool, gym, on-site admin and maintenance (very responsive we had no problem with them). Gated complex with children playground. Covered parking. 1 year or 6 month lease available. Pets allowed with a fee. very good AC system. Tenant pays for all utilities. Second level, a few steps above the ground. First level goes below the ground level. I am the current tenant and I pay for electricity, gas, internet and service fee (trash etc.). This last fee is around 30$ per month. Parking included in rent.
