About 2274 Oakleaf Trail Ln League City, TX 77573
600 sft 1 year old apartment adjacent to my home. In the pic with the layout of the house, the 2 rooms in blue are the rental - marked "private" (the house is not for rent). The apartment is completely independent from the house with separate entrance. Full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, washer and dryer. The apartment has its own thermostat. You have access to the subdivision facilities: pool, gym, club house. I am charging a flat fee of $225 for utilities: electric, gas, water, internet, ADT, trash pick-up. The beauty about this is that you know every month how much your bill is, with no questions. No worries anymore about missing a bill - all of your 6 bills are in one (save time). Location: Magnolia Creek in League City at the intersection Hwy 96 with Landing. It has quick access to I45, 96, Main Street and 146. A new Kroger just couple of minutes away. Walking trails (there is a pond at 10 min walking distance). Contact Eugie at cell 608-345-1005 or eb53719@yahoo.com for details or to schedule viewing.

League City endured countless name changes since its settlement in the mid-1800s, but today its image has been solidified as one of the top cities in Texas for residents on the job hunt. Historic homes and luxurious apartments dot the city landscape, and vintage railroad section houses have been remodeled into parks and recreation offices. This suburban locale is great for families and popular with beach-goers who want to live more affordably near the coast.
Top-notch public schools, an abundance of single family homes, and low crime rates have given rise to a strong sense of community. League City is fortunate to have two major malls located within 10 minutes. Baybrook Mall and Bay Colony Town Center provide residents with an incredible variety of retail options and restaurant choices. With so much to do and see in and around League City, it’s easy to see why people from all over Texas flock here.
