Within walking distance to the restaurants, stores, Cruisin Grand on Friday nights, theaters, and arts center in Escondido. Parking at the gravel area in front of the home for one car only. A Room A/C, tenant says about $130 a month when he uses it all the time in the summer. Drive by Farley 's car is the white truck. he may be home. he would like to leave mid Aug or sooner. This is a great spot for one person with only one car. The water and etrach is taken care of my payment from the home at 225 West 8th onthe main street.
