Cookware, dinnerware, pots, pans, utensils, dishware, and glasses are also provided. Private garage parking and driveway are available. Quick access to Uber, Lyft, and local transit is also available. We welcome up to 2 pets, each under 35 lbs, with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195 per stay) or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295 per stay). For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 fee applies for 1 large pet or $95 for 2 large pets, in addition to the standard pet fee. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. If a smoke detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. There is zero tolerance for tampering with any in-unit devices, including smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, or security equipment. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
