Please note I'm looking for a tenant for a 6 or 7 month lease. 2 Bedroom/1 Bath half duplex available anytime between now and November 1st. The kitchen is newly updated with quartz countertops, new subway tile, new stainless steel appliances and new flooring. The bathroom is also newly updated as well. Both bedrooms are very large. Large 2 car garage with plenty of storage and 220v plug for easy electric car charging. Backyard is large and private with mature trees. Property includes a sprinkler system, Central Air, new hot water heater, washer/dryer, hardwood floors, good storage.
