Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. NoiseWare technology may be used to ensure comfort and security, and tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
