This apartment is perfect for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and is conveniently walkable to everything in downtown. This apartment features soaring ceilings, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, elegant tiling, and modern decor. The fully equipped kitchen and smart TV with streaming apps installed provide all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Complimentary coffee is provided. Access to the gym, clubhouse, and lounge are included. Pool access is available where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day, and jacuzzi and sauna access are included. The Mill District, also known as Downtown East, is re-emerging as the city's historical and cultural epicenter. Many of the historic buildings have transformed into cultural attractions with the Mill City Museum, Guthrie Theater, and MacPhail Center for Music all taking up shop in the Mill District. Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available, and the location and downtown area are very walkable. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and certain breeds are prohibited. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
