Property Ratings at 225 Grand
The people at the front desk are so nice. The apartments are ok, but need a serious upgrade on appliances. The hallway carpeting and wallpaper on every floor are dirty, stained and outdated. Lastly, the water goes out all the time. It’s a monthly thing where there you’re w/out it.
Excellent management, units are pretty big, decent rent and unbeatable location.
