The living area can also double as a private bedroom, complete with privacy blackout curtains, offering an extra private sleeping space. Bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses and premium linens, while spa-style bathrooms offer high-pressure showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and chef meals, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station (with coffee, tea, sugar, creamer), pots, pans, utensils, knife set, cutting board, plates, bowls, cups, blender, toaster, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry pods. An in-unit washer and dryer are also provided, with starter detergent. Noise monitoring devices are installed inside the home and do not record audio. Only registered guests are permitted, and unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund.
