About This Home
This is a spacious loft with top tier finishes, in the heart of an historic district. It is fully furnished and turn-key ready. We understand the need for high quality features and comfort after a demanding day out there in the world. Our spacious, second-story loft combines the luxury of a gas fireplace, a jetted tub, and high end finishes with the practicality of a dedicated office. Large windows offer a sweeping view of the Commercial Street Historic District. A few steps away you will find coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and retail shopping. The loft is situated above the historic Savoy Ballroom and Dance With Me Studio. The hall, interior bedrooms and all three bathrooms are filled with light, thanks to solar tubes throughout the loft. Bedrooms #2 and #3 have butterfly valves which close to block off those sunny rays when you want a darkened room. The master bedroom has blackout curtains. On some evenings, typically Saturdays, some Fridays, and rarely throughout the week, you may hear music that varies in volume and always wraps up by 11:00 p.m. Generally this lasts about two hours or so. You may not notice some of the events because you are on top of 2,700 pounds of soundproofing! There is one reserved parking spot in a nearby surface lot and ample street parking. We would love to have someone enjoy this space and the street; someone who can appreciate the care and detail that went into renovating and maintaining this beautiful loft.
Third bedroom does not have furniture. Exercise room will not have furniture, but will retain TV on wall. The wall decor is shown before current tenant changed pictures and related decorations.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
