The space Completely Private Space with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and Chef's kitchen Extremely Comfortable Beds! - Vintage Clawfoot Tubs Washer/Dryer Smart TV The apartment can be either unfurnished or fully furnished to suit your preferences at no additional cost. Water & Sewage included as well as unlimited high-speed internet. Electricity is a flat rate of $125 a month. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required, along with a mandatory cleaning fee of $150. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit of $250 for each animal. While a 12-month lease is preferred, we also offer 6-month and 18-month as well. Please note that smoking is not permitted.
