The neighborhood is developing its infrastructure for an affordable, walkable lifestyle, with abundant walking trails. While walkability is improving, some services may still require a short drive. The community is bordered by a serene natural reserve with extensive walking trails and bike paths. Calgary Transit operates several bus routes servicing the area, providing convenient connections to various parts of the city. Major roads are easily accessible, facilitating quick travel to downtown Calgary and other key destinations. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. There is a strict complaint policy: one complaint is a warning, and a second complaint results in eviction. Noise is to be kept under 85db, as a noise detector is in place. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, with a $250 CAD fine for any migration of smoke or smell of smoke from the unit. No shoes are to be worn inside the home. Guests must follow all municipal guidelines for garbage, recycling, and compost; loose or improperly disposed waste may result in a $120 excessive pickup fee, and failure to sort waste will result in a $100 fee. Alterations to dates, guests, or stay length follow the cancellation policy and are subject to host approval. For same-day reservations, standard check-in times are not guaranteed, and delays may occur. A dedicated workspace is available, equipped with fast Wi-Fi at 250mbps.
