Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 for the first hour, followed by $35 for each additional 30 minutes. Loose or improperly disposed waste may result in a $120 excessive pickup fee, and failure to sort waste will result in a $100 fee. We do have a strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, we have a noise detector. Please exercise caution on the balcony. All children must be supervised by an adult while on the balcony. For same-day reservations, the unit may not be prioritized for immediate preparation. Accordingly, standard check-in times are not guaranteed and delays may occur. Guests must contact the host in advance to confirm their expected arrival time. Access to the unit is subject to cleaning and preparation status. By confirming a same-day reservation, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of delayed access.
