Grocery and coffee are within a 10-minute drive. This home is in a developing residential neighborhood, so expect typical suburban sounds and occasional construction noise during the day. The yard and landscaping are currently unfinished, and there is no back deck access for safety. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM.
