This is a four-plex located steps away from Burbank High School and very close to the Burbank Media Center Mall. All prospective residents of 18 years of age or older must submit an application and provide documentation. Any minors will be listed as occupants on the lease agreement. A 12 month lease agreement is required. Renter's Insurance is required. Applicants will be screened using guidelines of credit, income verification and past rental history. Credit and eviction search will be conducted prior to approval. All applicants must be prepared to provide requested documentation and allow for verification. Any third-party employment verification costs will be paid by applicant. Our application fee of $35 is per applicant and is non-refundable. Tenant pays Electricity, Gas and Solid Waste Collection. Tenant may not make any modifications to the property, interior or exterior without written approval of owner/manager. All damage caused by the tenant will be charged directly to the tenant. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. Please ask the property supervisor for any additional details.
