Utilities included in rent. 30 day minimum stay. $500 refundable deposit due at move-in. $200 cleaning fee due at move-out. We allow up to 2 pets. Each pet must weight less than 50 pounds. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee. This house is located in the desirable Fall Creek Place neighborhood, which is a friendly and quiet neighborhood, but is walkable to multiple restaurants and breweries including Loco Mexican Restaurant, Mashcraft, Boca, Goose the Market, and Abandoned Station. It also has great proximity to all of downtown Indianapolis including Mass Ave and Broad Ripple. LIVING AREAS The first floor is an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with a half bath. The living room has a smart TV. KITCHEN The kitchen and dining room has a gas stove/oven. It is equipped with all of the basic tools and appliances you'll need to prepare your favorite meals. BEDROOMS and BATHROOM The second floor has two equally sized rooms. Both rooms have a walk in closet and en-suite full bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has a balcony. LOFT The third floor loft has an open space great for having a separate quiet area for reading or using as a work out area. There is a desk with a chair and a printer that could be used as a home office. A futon allows for additional sleeping options. The washer and dryer are located on this level. OUTDOOR AREA There is a fenced in backyard with a stone patio and table with chairs. The screen door has a built in dog door. PARKING The garage allows for 1 car.
