Building amenities: 25m lap pool, hot tub, fully-equipped fitness center, sauna, business center, outdoor terrace with grills, 24/7 reception/doorman staff, package receiving service, 24/7 maintenance & engineering staff to respond to emergencies. Available club and conference rooms (fee for reservation), on-site ATM, on-site dry cleaning service, available bike storage ($25/bike annual fee payable to building management). Pet friendly: cats and dogs under 40 lbs allowed (contact building management regarding registration fee for dogs and breed restrictions).
