Enjoy thoughtful touches like a dedicated workspace, a cozy living area with a sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee and tea, dinnerware, and cooking and cleaning essentials. The sleeping and living area includes 2 queen beds, a sleeper sofa, a smart TV, blackout shades, bed and bath linens, and an accent chair. The dining area has a dining table that seats 5. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and laundry detergent. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and bath goods. A noise machine and earplugs, central AC, and complimentary Wi-Fi are also provided. There is no on-site parking, but lots close by can be recommended. Pets are welcome for a fee of $25 plus tax per night, with a maximum of 2 pets, capped at $250 plus tax per month. Extra cleaning services can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Philadelphia, one of the country’s most walkable cities, is incredibly easy to navigate either by foot or by public transportation. You'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations. Otherwise, moving around the city using Uber or Lyft is fairly affordable. This apartment is a 16-minute drive to stadiums (Lincoln Financial Field, Citizens Bank Park, Xfinity Mobile Arena), a 15-minute walk to Pennsylvania Convention Center, an 8-minute walk to Independence Mall, a 6-minute walk to Franklin Square, a 9-minute walk to National Constitution Center and a 12-minute walk to Race Street Pier. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise, including on balconies and in shared spaces, are strictly prohibited.
