Rent of $1575/mo (single occupancy; $1650 double) includes everything except your electricity, telecommunications, and parking (off-street parking available at $25/vehicle/month). Walk, bike, or ride bus #18 to all of central/downtown Austin, the Capitol, UT, Rio Grande ACC, Lake Austin, Lady Bird Lake, Lions Municipal Golf Course, Westenfield Public Park (and tennis courts and pool), Mozart's, Hula Hut, Deep Eddy Pool, HEB, Randall's, Maudie's, Goodwill, etc. Lake Austin is a few minutes west, with restaurants: Mozart's, Hula Hut, etc. Westenfield Public Park with its tennis courts and pool is 1 block down the street, with Deep Eddy pool farther to the south. Post office and Austin Public Library - Howson Branch are minutes to the north. Bus route #18 stops in front of the complex and takes you downtown (eastward), or to Lake Austin (westward). Direct auto access to Mo-Pac (Loop 1). Huge windows with overhangs to keep out the afternoon sun. "Through the wall" air conditioners; electric heat pump and space heaters. Beautiful tile and laminate floors make cleaning easy. These classically designed "Old Austin" apartments actually have back doors, huge windows, and private balconies. Laundry on site ($1 wash; $1 dry). Dog friendly ($300 non-refundable pet fee per dog), dog park on site. Cat friendly ($100 non-refundable pet fee per cat).
