It is the most private unit in the building, with a front patio that sits opposite and down a flight of stairs below Trailside Drive, making it very quiet. The bedroom features a king-size Tempurpedic bed, a large closet, and a large full-length standing mirror. There is a second large closet in the bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal or just have a fresh cup of coffee with our drip pot, coffee beans, and grinder. An Instant Pot, popcorn popper, waffle iron, and hand mixer are available upon request. This apartment is fully stocked with linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face wipes, bar soap, sheets, beach towels, basic kitchen items (spices, oil, etc), and organic locally roasted coffee beans, grinder, filters, and drip coffee maker. One off-street parking space is available at street level with stairs down to the lower level. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 for shorter stays and $100 for monthly stays. We expect that pets will be kept off the furniture and kept in a crate or behind a gate in the kitchen when you leave them in the condo. Crates, gates, and couch covers are available upon request. This apartment is .33 miles to Zilker Park and Barton Springs Pool and approximately 2 miles to Downtown. The City of Austin enforces a 10:30 PM noise curfew. If a complaint is received, the issue will be addressed with the primary renter, and a second complaint may be met with an immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is only allowed outside using the ashtray provided. There is a $115 cleaning fee for shorter stays and $150 for 30+ day stays. [SI]
