Feel at home in this 1-bedroom condo, the most private unit in the building. The front patio sits opposite and down a flight of stairs below Trailside Drive, making it very quiet. The bedroom features a Tempurpedic king-size bed, a large closet, and a large full-length standing mirror. There is a second large closet in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal or just have a fresh cup of coffee with our drip pot, coffee beans, and grinder. An Instant Pot, popcorn popper, waffle iron, and hand mixer are available upon request. Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face wipes, bar soap, and beach towels are provided. One off-street parking space is available at street level with stairs down to the lower level. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 for shorter stays and $100 for monthly stays. We expect that pets will be kept off the furniture and kept in a crate or behind a gate in the kitchen when you leave them in the condo. Crates, gates, and couch covers are available upon request. Welcome to Zilker Park, one of Austin's most revered and fun neighborhoods, with easy access to Barton Spring Pool, the hike and bike trail around Lady Bird Lake, boating on the lake, a giant playscape and kiddie train, Garden Center, Nature Center, Hillside Theater for summer shows, and the great lawn where ACL is held. The apartment is .33 miles to Zilker Park and Barton Springs Pool and approximately 2 miles to Downtown. The City of Austin enforces a 10:30 PM noise curfew. If a complaint is received, the issue will be addressed with the primary renter, and a second complaint may be met with an immediate eviction without refund. [SI]
