The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal or just have a fresh cup of coffee with our drip pot, coffee beans, and grinder. An Instant Pot, popcorn popper, waffle iron, and hand mixer are available upon request. Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face wipes, bar soap, and beach towels are provided. One off-street parking space is available at street level with stairs down to the lower level. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 for shorter stays and $100 for monthly stays. We expect that pets will be kept off the furniture and kept in a crate or behind a gate in the kitchen when you leave them in the condo. Crates, gates, and couch covers are available upon request.
