This 1BR/1BTH gorgeous light-filled condo is about a half mile east of that area (with lots of great coffee shops, restaurants and bars in between) and a little less than a half mile to all your errands including natural groceries, Target, REI, etc.! Walk or bike to everything/anything. Bcycle station a block away! Enjoy this top floor 2 story corner unit lives bigger than it sounds with a separate loft area with skylight for storage or the occasional guest and 2 outside deck areas with views (see photos)! Entrance area of condo has room to store the grocery cart ( included) and a little bench and coat rack to remove shoes, coats, dump packages, etc. Then, there is a skylit staircase to the main living area with brand new hickory wood flooring in bedroom, hallway and living room and waterproof "luxury vinyl plank" in the kitchen and bathroom. There will be a washable mattress pad for our mutual hygiene (you are also welcome to bring your own, of course!) Kitchen has been fully equipped (I think) and even includes a Nutribullet! Stainless Steel Calphalon pots and pans are provided to minimize your PFAS exposure. Crossbreeze is awesome and between cool nights and the ceiling fan, you rarely need AC. But if you do, there is a powerful mini-split wall air conditioner that does the job efficiently and, because it is a heat pump, it also adds supplemental heat if needed in the winter. I pick up the gas bill (primary heat system and hot water, and you pick up the electric bill. Sample the classic Boulder lifestyle, and you'll understand the attraction!

Simply called Whittier, Whittier-Boulder is one of Boulder’s trendiest enclaves and illustrates the quirky, bohemian vibe the city is known for. This historic neighborhood is home to an abundance of colorful bungalows and Victorian houses, including the house featured in the 1970’s hit, the Mork and Mindy show. Along with unique architecture, what sets Whittier’s apart is its eccentric front yards. Many residents enjoy decorating their front yards with sculptures and other items to amuse passersby. The Pearl Street Haunt, a locally famous haunted house, goes all out to celebrate Halloween every year. Due to the area’s proximity to Downtown Boulder, there are typically expensive rentals in Whittier, but there are also more affordable options available including student apartments.
