The dedicated dining room, breakfast room, and breakfast bar provide various options for enjoying meals with family and friends. Free parking is available to guests, with ample space in the double garage, on neighborhood streets, and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable, and we offer plenty of body towels but recommend bringing your own pool towels. The fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. The home is remote work-friendly, offering high-speed Wi-Fi and a comfortable living area to accommodate your work needs. A laptop computer is not included.
