The living room has 5 windows for natural light, surround sound, a projector, and a custom-made scrabble table. The (non-functional) fireplace adds to the atmosphere. The dining area overlooks the shared patio. Neighbors are rarely seen, except for their cat Kiki. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, closet space, a lavender foam topper, room darkening curtains and meditation area. The second bedroom/office has a manual stand/sit desk and large closet. The bathroom is small, but functional, with a JOLIE shower head to filter the water.
