Guests should be comfortable using stairs to access the laundry facilities in the basement. No smoking is permitted, and guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels, especially if there are people staying on the second floor. For stays between 30-59 days, there is a $300 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If this cap is exceeded by more than $25, reimbursement is required.
