Conveniently located near the future Vineyard Center, you're never far from food, entertainment, grocery shopping, and a Frontrunner station just down the road. All appliances are included (fridge, washer, dryer etc.) Tenants are responsible for all utilities. There is a $5 quarterly charge for HVAC air filter delivery. No Pets. No Smoking.
