Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is prohibited anywhere on the property, with a $1000 charge and a $500 ozone treatment for violations. Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 PM. Mail or package deliveries are not allowed.
