Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet for stays of 1 to 6 nights, $100 per pet for stays of 7 to 21 nights, and $175 per pet for stays of 21 or more nights, with a maximum of $175 per pet per month. Extra guest fees apply after the first guest. Guests are required to remove garbage from the home during their stay and will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines imposed by the apartment complex or otherwise. Cleanings are required once per month for long-term stays of 30 days or more, and fees will apply. The partner will check in on the home with monthly inspections, and guests will be informed 24 hours prior to arrival. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis only at the discretion of the partner. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and pets must be well-behaved and not disturb other guests or neighbors. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm. Do not allow mail/package deliveries. Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property, and parties or events are prohibited. Any undeclared or unauthorized extra guests or pets will be charged $50 per night per guest or pet. Every 30 minutes after the standard check-out time will be an additional $75. Lost keys, key fobs, or parking access swipe cards will result in a $300 charge to replace and rekey the apartment complex. Lost parking pass tags will result in a $200 charge to replace and rekey. Failure to send a photo of any associated parking passes, keys, key fobs, garage remotes, or swipe cards will result in a $100 charge. Smoking of any kind will result in a $1000 charge, and a cleaning fee may be assessed if necessary, including a $500 ozone treatment. Includes a private workspace and fast Wi-Fi.
