Get what you pay for

Reasonable rents in a generally unreasonably expensive area. Building super is nice, fairly attentive if stretched a little thin by the obligations of the building. Don't expect many amenities, it is a pretty barebones setup. Management is also generally hands off so again, don't expect a lot of value add there. But the apartments themselves are nice enough. Fixtures and appliances are all a bit old, water pressure/control could use some work as well. Generally a good place for low maintainence renters.
