Dedicated off Street Parking and trash collection is in the rear of the building in our nice new alley (thank you Mt. Lebanon Township) this makes for an easy and smooth entrance/exit. In fact, after parking in the rear, this apartment is actually DOWN some stairs, not UP as one might imagine by looking at the home from the front. There is a lovely view from the front windows in the Sunroom, looking out on trees and grass, there will NEVER be building across the street, as it is Mt. lebanon property, and the "T" path. Warm and moist hot water heat (no forced air), with new furnace. YOU control heat, and hot water temperature. All lighting in the Apartment has been converted to LED, appx 1/10th of the power usage of incandescent lighting, including vintage Edison bulbs. Also perfect for folks who want to get their child into one of the best school systems in the area, Washington Elementary, Mellon Middle, and Mt Lebanon High. and raise their child and a really nice environment, without having to bear the weight of the very challenging local property and school taxes. GREAT COMMUTE to DOWNTOWN: ON THE BLOCK with the "T" stop, a super great (No Car) commute to downtown, The Stadiums, Carnegie Science Center and MUCH MORE.. Go downtown for dinner, Go to a game, and get dropped off on your block !! There are GREAT dining options walking distance from the home, for example: iL Pizziolo, Bistro 19 Totopo A Pizza Badamo The Hitchhiker Arrancini House Lebo Subs Orbis Cafe Uptown Coffee and MANY more. Our Neighborhood has an Amazing public library across from the school. This is a safe and friendly neighborhood and is ethnically diverse. The Mt. Lebanon Community center is fantastic, HUGE pool with 2 water slides, Rock climbing wall, Diving Board, Indoor Ice Skating Rink, Tennis, Baseball, Playgrounds, Bocce, Karate classes, Ballet, and TONS more. I included a couple of photos but hard to believe when you see it in person. 8 to 10 Minutes to South Hills Village with TONS of shopping options. For some spooky reason, the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commision is forcing me to say that I have an Agent license, so, "I have an agent License", Not sure if that statement has added any value to the readers, but, there it is. I take very good care of my property and and accessible, when you rent an apartment, you also are choosing an owner, I can provide references from past and present tenants if needed. I value productive and pleasant relationships with my tenants. I prefer to schedule appointments to see the apartment using my phone number included in this ad. If you need to, you may Email. City - Pittsburgh

National publications constantly place Pittsburgh near the top of the list for most livable cities in America, and it’s easy to see why. The city has a rich history as an industrial and economic hub, which led to the construction of many grand buildings and public sculptures which still stand today. Downtown in particular is rich with beautifully preserved buildings and lush public parks dating back well over a century, giving the entire community a timeless atmosphere.

Pittsburgh is split into three sections by the rivers passing through the city: Downtown (a.k.a. “The Golden Triangle), the North Side, and the South Side. Each has its fair share of attractions and landmarks: the North Side is home to Acrisure Stadium and PNC Park (making it a perfect area for sports fans), the South Side features big, beautiful greenways and refurbished steel mills, and Downtown is where you’ll find the most variety in dining, nightlife, and entertainment.
