One private bedroom available in a 4 bed/2 bath duplex. Available now! Room is unfurnished. Quaint bathroom is shared with two other rooms. Shared community area with coffee station and seating. Great location in Lakewood just 2mi west of Sloan's Lake and 1mi to Edgewater Public Market. Only 1 person per room, no couples. The available bedroom is 130SF (13’ x 10’). This is a private bedroom in a SHARED co-living house. Off street parking in the driveway. Washer & dryer in the unit. All utilities are split among roommates. All roommates are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and keeping common areas tidy. No pets. The house is currently occupied by three working professionals in their 30s. Our house motto is, “Leave everything better than you found it” and we strive to operate that way in the community. I am one of the roommates and I like to keep busy with activities (mostly in the mountains) on the weekends. I've always had roommates and prefer living with other people and have never had issues with a roommate in the past. I enjoy conversation and community in the common areas but do need quiet during working hours because I work from home. I'm looking for roommates that are friendly and responsible and looking to enjoy a safe, respectful, and fun group to enjoy the local life with! Applications include a background and credit check with income verification. Applicants must have greater than a 640 credit score and income greater than 2x monthly rent. No previous evictions or unpaid balances to prior landlords. Security deposit required. Smoking not permitted in the property. Renter's Insurance required.
