About This Property

Short-term or furnished lease (currently only up to 6 months). Recharge your batteries and unwind. The Venice Beachwood is a spacious mid-century designed, fully furnished condo in a four-unit building, tucked away just off Windward Circle, two blocks from the beach and three blocks from some of the best restaurants in Los Angeles, on Abbot Kinney Boulevard. The home has two bedrooms and one bathroom, with a shower/tub combo. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. Mid-century style furniture and hardwood floors throughout. There is a fully equipped kitchen, fast wireless internet and smart Apple TV. The washer and dryer, BBQ grill and a patio ready for outdoor dining under a green canopy in a relaxed garden setting are shared with the other three units. The monthly rent advertised is for unfurnished. Currently only available furnished for up to six months. Minimum term for furnished rental is only three nights @$299 per night which includes cleaning after departure and of course all utilities. Please inquire about our discounted weekly rates. Fully furnished (including beds, mattresses, sofa, linens, towels, even beach towels, and of course a complete kitchen with dining area) will be charged an additional $499 per month. Utilities are included in all rentals up to 30 nights. Superfast 1 Gb WiFi is always free and included. On-site dedicated parking available for an additional $95 per month (you will also get easily around by bike or e-scooter). Free use of washer & dryer available, also housekeeping and weekly cleaning available - for additional reasonable fees.
