Feel at home in this family retreat at Grand Palms of Surfside, located in the heart of Surfside Beach, just 1.5 miles from the 16th Ave N beach access. This spacious and comfortable condo includes a full eat-in kitchen with dining for 7 and a comfortable living room. The downstairs primary suite has an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is also a second hall bedroom with two queen beds downstairs with a bath across the hall. The second-floor loft suite has two double beds, a private bath, and a spacious walk-in closet. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, two dishwasher pods, and two laundry pods. The bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. With plenty of free parking and the convenience of Hwy 17 access, you will be able to enjoy a night on the town, soaking up all Surfside Beach has to offer. Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk are only 15 minutes north and Murrells Inlet is 15 minutes south. A rental car is recommended. Uber is available but can be limited at times. Uber will get you to the property for between $25 and $30. Located inside Deerfield Plantation, this spacious villa is quietly tucked away but right in the middle of Surfside Beach, "The Family Beach" and close to excellent restaurants and fun beach activities. Situated between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target, and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 minutes drive. Some favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon, Surfside Pizza, The Bar-B-Q House, and Johnny D's Waffles are right around the corner. There are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 7 people, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. No portable grills are permitted on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the trashcans provided on the sides of the buildings. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc. [SI]
