This upscale 2-bath apartment is designed for the mindful traveler. The living room features a sofa bed, chair, a 4K 55" HDR smart TV, and a coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker with coffee essentials, an electric kettle, full cookware, silverware, and glasses. The dining area has a table with chairs. Each bathroom is well-stocked with essential toiletries, plush towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Pets are allowed, and an additional cleaning fee of $20 per pet per night is required. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats/dogs are allowed. Dedicated parking is available on the property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee, no exceptions. Includes an office desk and chair, perfect for remote work or students. The parking pass needs to be printed, and we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide.
