This home spans three spacious floors, thoughtfully designed to ensure guests' comfort, blending modern comforts with classic, timeless details. This spacious home boasts 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, 2 living room spaces, and 3.5 baths, perfect for gathering with friends and family. The gorgeous luxury kitchen is well-stocked with luxury appliances and cookware, including a coffee maker, salt, pepper, serving ware, and glassware. The first floor features a living room with a TV and gas fireplace, and a formal dining room with seating for 8, plus kitchen island seating for 4. The master en-suite features a huge soaking tub and custom marble shower. High-end hotel sheets and pillowcases are provided. A private courtyard patio with seating, dining, and a propane-burning fire pit is available. One parking pass for a nearby surface lot is provided. High-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a gas-powered grill are also included. This home is incredibly walkable, with a 97 Walkscore, allowing you to walk to EVERYTHING: stadiums, Washington Park, OTR, Fountain Square, dozens of nearby restaurants and taverns, boutiques, the Duke Energy Center, and the Central Business District. It is also conveniently located near the Streetcar (FREE), bus stops, and red bike stations within 1-2 blocks, with plentiful Uber and Lyft availability. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance, written consent, and violating this policy may result in prosecution for criminal trespassing. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am; amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking and lighting anything, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Excessive pet hair cleanup will incur a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur a $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace.
