Lots of shopping near by, walking and biking trails, recreation facilities and parks to enjoy. *****Current availability: ***** 1) A small 2bed/1bath apartment located on the 2nd floor (stair access only) ready for immediate move-in. *****2) A large 1bed/1bath apartment located on the 1st floor estimated move-in date 07/25/2022. Our kitchens feature glass top stoves and full sized refrigerators (no dishwashers). The bathrooms include a standard sized bathtub with shower. We also offer free off street parking (as available) and coin operated laundry facilities located in building. Apartment features include: A living room area, one wall A.C. located in the living room, a small kitchen, a small pantry/linen closet, a small coat closet, a small bathroom; and 1 or 2 small bedrooms with closets depending on the unit. There is a $30.00 application processing fee per applicant over the age of 18. All applicants must be able to pass a credit and background check. All applicants must have a minimum of (at least) 2 years prior rental leasing history. We do not accept co-signers. No smoking allowed anywhere at anytime. No pets allowed.
